The Northern New Jersey Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (NNJ-ATD) is an association of individuals dedicated to workplace learning and performance. We offer educational programs, opportunities to exchange knowledge and experiences with fellow practitioners, and other resources for professional growth to our 50-plus members.

Our chapter is part of the international ATD, the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals. ATD’s members come from more than 100 countries and connect locally in more than 130 U.S. chapters and with more than 30 international partners.

Who Are Our Members?
NNJ-ATD serves the needs of trainers, educators, administrators, managers, researchers, and consultants in the fields of training & development, learning, human resources and organizational development. Our members represent companies ranging from small consulting firms to large corporations, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions.
